The Sun is Rising LLC  invites investors to join us in The Perception of Freedom’s contribution to the evolution of human consciousness. 

The Perception of Freedom introduces a unique system of discipline culled from decades of experience from Kiisimaa and his world wide students. Based on eastern philosophy and reinvented for the western culture, The System uses multimedia, television and web technology to deliver its knowledge through entertainment venues.

The ultimate in Reality TV, The Perception of Freedom Television/DVD series teaches  The System demonstrated through stimulating, humorous, and thought provoking scenarios and dramatizations. The series gives the viewers choices by practicing and incorporating The System’s techniques into their lives.

Our online social and learning network creates synergy with the television/DVD series, providing interactive resources, services and products related to The Perception of Freedom. The website creates an Internet community that enhances The System for members, keeping it active in their minds and everyday lives.

Investor income is given priority and paid as an expense from revenue.  Profit from the sale of The Perception of Freedom will largely be used to fund additional projects dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness.

RETURN TO INVESTORS

Investors become either: a non-voting member of The Sun is Rising LLC or a lender to the company. Investors exit the project upon completion of their ROI plus capital. This exit strategy provides funds for the founding members of The Sun is Rising LLC to advance their humanitarian and consciousness raising efforts. If an investor wants to become involved in addition to their financial investment this is possible based on individual abilities, company needs and discussions with the board.

This is a private offering. No securities are offered, your membership may be sold with the authorization of the voting members and Board of Directors.  Transfer of ownership to heirs is permitted. 

Return on investment is up to 20 percent (20%) of your capital contribution, annually, for the first four (4) years that the project produces gross revenue. Investors are paid quarterly as an expense to the project at 10% of revenue rather than as a percent of profit.     This allows the project company to expense payments to The Sun is Rising LLC and provides and extra layer of legal protection to the investors.

Revenue is expected to begin at launch of DVD sales, approximately 12-18 months after initial funding is received. Payment to investors is expected to be completed by the end of the fourth year that project revenue is received.  The Sun is Rising LLC will file taxes as an S-Corporation and have a CPA prepare taxes returns and file K-1s related to member’s income from the project.
